1. Sekarang / Sedang Dilakukan (Present Continous Tense)
S + to be (is/am/are) + Ving + O
Example :
(+) He is eating meatballs
(-) He is not eating meatballs
(?) Is He eating meatballs ?
- Yes, he is
- No, he is not
2. Setiap Hari (Simple Present Tense)
S + Verb1 + s/es/ies + O
Example :
(+) He eats meatballs
(-) He does not eat meatballs
(?) Does he eat meatballs ?
- Yes, he does
- No, he does not
3. Kemarin (Simple Past Tense)
S + Verb2 + O
Example :
(+) He ate meatballs
(-) He did not eat meatballs
(?) Did he eat meatballs ?
- Yes, he did
- No, he did not
4. Telah / Sudah
S + Have / Has + Verb3 + O
Example :
(+) He has eaten meatballs
(-) He has not eaten meatballs
(?) Has he eaten meatballs ?
- Yes, he has
- No, he has not
5. Akan / Besok
A. Modal = Can, May, Must, Shall, Will
S + Modal + Verb1 + O
Example :
(+) He will eat meatballs
(-) He will not eat meatballs
(?) Will he eat meatballs ?
- Yes, he will
- No, he will not / No, he won't
B. Going to
S + to be (is/am/are) + going to + Verb1 + O
Example :
(+) He is going to eat meatballs
(-) He is not going to eat meatballs

6. Di... / Ter...
S + to be (is/am/are) + Verb3 + O
Example :

Example :

8. When / While / Ketika
Example :Mila passed canteen while Fahmi was eating meatballs
